$1.25 per night for 14 nights

11 to 13 March 2019
$11.25 per night for 21nights

18 to 22 March 2019
$23.75 per night for 21nights

Important:
All vehicles will be in a winterized mode at pick up. This means the freshwater system will be filled with a non-toxic anti-freeze. The fresh water system cannot be used until it is flushed out and outside temperatures will be consistently above freezing for the duration of the trip. The customer is responsible for any and all freeze damages. Detailed winterization information is available on pick up.

** The personal kit contain 2 standard blankets, customers may want to bring along a warm sleeping bag for extra comfort.

Motorhome pick up:
By appointment only between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Walk-ins are not allowed and customer must schedule the pickup time appointment plus complete the online registration a minimum of 29 days prior to departure: http://myelmonterv.com/check-in

Travel Time from Chicago to Middlebury is 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs. Middlebury, Indiana is on Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) and there is a one hour time difference from Chicago. Example: If it is 8:00 am in Chicago, it will be 9:00 am in Middlebury.

We recommend that customers stay the first night at the KOA campground for a special rate of $23 per night. Sorry, no tables, coffeemaker or toaster are available for rent. These items may be purchased at the local Walmart.

Requirements:
Renter must be present and provide a valid Driver’s License, Passport, and a major credit card in their name (no debit, check, bank, or prepaid cards allowed) for the $1,000 security deposit. Any additional drivers must be present and provide a valid Driver’s License and Passport. All rental and optional charges must be prepaid in advance. The agency voucher for all prepaid items must be presented on pickup. To expedite the pickup process we recommend to bring along copies of the driver’s license and passport.

Transportation:
Option 1: El Monte RV contracted shuttle from Chicago O’Hare select hotel to Middlebury Indiana.
A non-refundable transfer fee of $50 per person must be paid at least 29 days in advance. The shuttle bus departs the hotel’s main entrance 6:00 am to 1 pm. The exact time will be confirmed with the customer at least 14 days in advance. Transfer CANNOT be guaranteed unless the transfer fees have been paid and the customer has pre-registered at least 29 days in advance.

Comfort Suite O'Hare Airport. 4200 N. River Road Schiller Park, IL 60176 (847) 233-9000 (complimentary early breakfast and 24 hr airport shuttle). Special rate of $85 per night - mention "El Monte RV" when making the booking.

Option 2: Book a Flight, or take a Bus (Coach USA), from Chicago O’Hare Airport to SBN Airport (South Bend Regional), Rental car round trip ($30 - $50) or Taxi from SBN to Middlebury ($100 - $150). Pick up the RV then drop off the rental car.

Option 3: Fly to Chicago and rent a rental car one-way and drive to Elkhart, Goshen or South Bend Rental car agencies. Pick up the RV then drop off the rental car.

Option 4: Take an Amtrak train from Downtown Chicago to Elkhart and then a taxi ($25) to Middlebury.

Restrictions:
Maximum rental 35 nights, Maximum 5 passenger occupancy,
RELOC cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts including EB Specials
RELOC Special cannot be combined with All-Inclusive Package
* Run of the Fleet may be any size between 22ft and 34ft
El Monte RV reserves the right to substitute non-factory vehicles should the need arise.
Refund for down time is limited to $40 per night.
