Q. What is the minimum
age for rental:
A. 21
years is the minimum. For drivers over the age of 75 years
a medical certificate is required stating that you are fit
and capable to drive for the duration of the rental.
Q.How many drivers
are included:
A. Additional
drivers are AUD $2 per day (maximum AUD $30 per driver)
Q.When are the
depots open:
A. Depots
are generally open Mon - Sun. /
Pick up / drop off takes place between 08:00 - 16:00
Q. Minimum rental:
A. 5
days is the minimum. During certain
peak periods and for all one way journeys a minimum of 7 days
will apply.
Q. Do I need to
leave a security deposit:
A. A
security bond of AUD $5,000 for Hi Top & Voyager, AUD $7,500 for all other 2WD vehicles, AUD $8,000 for 4WD Campers, must be
left when you pick up the Motorhome. This must be made by credit
card and is fully refundable when you return the vehicle clean,
undamaged and with a tank full of fuel. You can reduce the
bond by taking out excess reduction options.
Q. Can I bring my
pets:
A. No.
Pets are not allowed inside the Motorhome except service dogs.
Q. Can I tow anything
or store things on the roof:
A. No.
The Motorhomes are not equipped for towing or for carrying
things on the roof.

SEAT POLICY FOR AUSTRALIA:
Baby seats and booster seats are compulsory in Australia for children up to 7 years of age. Seats that are only attached to the frame of the vehicle (such as the middle seat in the front of most motorhomes) are illegal. It is not permitted to use child seats from UK/Europe or other countries that do not have the appropriate connection apparatus for motorhomes. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to sit in the front of any vehicle.
You can rent baby seats (for children under 4 years) and booster seats (for children from 4 - 7 years old) for AUD $36 per seat per rental. This is a one-off payment and is valid for the entire rental period.
Child Seat: Suitable for child 0-4 yrs old. Cannot be fitted to all vehicles. See vehicle specifications for details.
Booster Seat: Recommended for children 4-7 years old. See vehicle specifications for details.
Please provide us with the age(s) and weight(s) of your children when you make your booking so that we can book the appropriate seat(s) for them. Baby and booster seats have to be booked in advance.
