Q. What is the minimum
age for rental:
A. 25 years is the minimum age
with a full licence that you must have held for at least
1 year.
Q.How many drivers
are included:
A. Additional
drivers are included free.
Q.When are the
depots open:
A. Pick
up : Jan – Apr /
Nov – Dec : Mon to Fri 3.00 to 4.00pm / May – Oct : Mon to Fri 3.00 to 5.00pm / Sat 10.00am
Drop
off : Jan – Apr / Nov – Dec : Mon to
Fri 10.00 to 11.00am / May – Oct : Mon to Fri 9.00 to 10.00am
/ Sat 10.00am
Q. Minimum rental:
A. High
Season – 14 days.
All other seasons– 7 days.
Q. Do I need to
leave a security deposit:
A. € 1,500
is charged to your card. This is refunded within 15 days when
your vehicle is returned in the condition it was given to you.
Q. Can I bring my
pets:
A. No.
Pets are not permitted to travel with you in the Motorhome.
Q. Can I tow anything
or store things on the roof:
A. No. The Motorhomes are not
equipped for towing or for carrying things on the roof.
Q. Can I take the
Motorhome into Eastern Europe:
A. Most
countries are permitted free of charge. Please let us know
if you plan on travelling into Eastern Europe.
Q. Are any one
way journeys allowed:
A. Yes - additional fees apply.
Q. Can I leave my
car at the depot:
A. This can be requested, and
is generally available free of charge. Your car is left at
your own risk.
Q. Are there any
Automatic Transmission Motorhomes:
A. Yes - for one vehicle group - M2 - California Comfort has Automatic transmission.
Q. What kind of
Insurance coverage is provided:
A. Vehicle
insurance is included in the rental. An excess of € 1,500
applies per incident.
