A priority shuttle service scheduling will be granted to customers that have completed the online check-in and/or have supplied the pick-up hotel information at least 72 hours in advance.

To avoid waiting times for our mutual customers, it is now compulsory that our customers register online via http://www.roadbearrv.com/check-in at least 14 days prior to the pick-up date and reserve their transfer pick-up location. Customers with transfers reserved must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.

Transfer hours are between 11am - 1pm.

Directions	English, German and Dutch speaking staff are waiting to greet you at our San Francisco rental location. Head north to cross the famous Golden Gate Bridge, south to San Jose or just over 3 hours to the east lies the mighty Yosemite National Park. There is a grocery store and Wal-Mart very close to our location so you can stock up the refrigerator and our friendly team are happy to recommend local RV Parks. San Francisco Airport & select hotels (30 miles; Free Transfer Note: The pickup at the SFO airport is in the “Kiss & Fly area” which requires a train, Uber or Lyft ride from the airport terminals. Downtown San Francisco (20 miles; no transfer). Public Transportation via San Leandro BART train station (0.8 mile; Free Transfer) - SFO airport (approx. $10.75 P/P; 60-70 min) - Downtown San Francisco (approx. $5.15 P/P; 25 min) If the customer informs us via the VIP check-in at least 14 days in advance of the first rental, a free shuttle service is provided between our branch and the San Leandro BART train station. The BART train schedule can be found @ http://www.bart.gov/schedules/byline.aspx (select Fremont - Daly City or Dublin - Daly City). Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the day they arrive from overseas or trans-continental and we recommend spending the first night at an airport hotel or motel. Clients must call the rental station upon arrival or on the day of pick up between 08.00 am and 10.00 am at the latest to schedule the transfer time and place. Transfers will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm the latest. There will be no transfers after 1:00 pm. The complimentary permitted amount of luggage is in accordance with the airline regulations (2 suitcases @ 50 pds/23 kg plus 2 pieces of hand luggage per person). Excessive luggage is the customer’s responsibility.
