Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the day they arrive with an inter-continental flight and we recommend therefore spending the first night in an airport hotel or motel.

A priority shuttle service scheduling will be granted to customers that have completed the online check-in and/or have supplied the pick-up hotel information at least 72 hours in advance.

To avoid waiting times for our mutual customers, it is now compulsory that our customers register online via http://www.roadbearrv.com/check-in at least 14 days prior to the pick-up date and reserve their transfer pick-up location. Customers with transfers reserved must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.

Complimentary transfers are available from Monday to Saturday. The regular pick-up time for the complimentary transfer is between 12:00 noon and 1 pm and the vehicle pick-up time is between 12:00 noon and 4 pm. Please note that the complementary transfer from and to locations is only available from/to approved Road Bear RV hotels (see above).

The drop-off time is between 8:00 and 10.30 am. To take the complimentary transfer shuttle from the branch to the airport and other transfer points (see above), the drop-off must be completed not later than 10:30 am.

The complimentary permitted amount of luggage is in accordance with the airline regulations for economy passenger (1 suitcase max. 50 lbs. / 23 kg plus 2 pieces of hand luggage per person). Stroller, surfboard and other sports equipment counts as one piece of luggage. Excessive luggage is the customers responsibility.

Snow Chains	Will be provided for pick-up or drop-off in the winter months. (Only charged when used – we urge the customers NOT to drive on snow / ice)
